Availability may vary by location and season. For safety, exterior services can be rescheduled due to weather.

As long as your plan is active, call-backs are included between visits for covered pests.
One-Time Services
Free re-treatment if the target pest returns within 30 days (bed bugs follow the bed bug program terms).
Bed Bug Program
Multi-visit protocol with a defined warranty period. We’ll explain details in writing before service.
To Keep the Guarantee Valid
- Follow technician prep/aftercare (sanitation, clutter reduction, food storage).
- Seal obvious entry points we identify (e.g., gaps, torn screens).
- Maintain reasonable access for service (yards, basements, attics).
- Keep your recurring plan active (if applicable) and appointments on schedule.

No, not for covered pests within the guarantee window. Charges may apply for non-covered pests or if prep/aftercare wasn’t followed.
Do you offer refunds?
Our policy focuses on re-treatment and problem resolution. If we can’t resolve a covered issue after reasonable follow-ups, we’ll discuss options with you.
