Termite FAQ
Do you tent houses?
No—tenting is typically used for drywood termites, which are uncommon here. We focus on treatments effective for subterranean termites.
Will you need to drill my floors or slab?
Sometimes for complete coverage along interior slab edges or expansion joints. Any small holes are neatly patched.
How long does treatment last?
Non-repellent soil treatments provide long-lasting protection; baiting programs provide continuous monitoring and colony control. We’ll recommend the best fit after inspection.
Is a WDI/NPMA-33 report included?
Yes, when you schedule a real-estate termite inspection. General home termite checks include a written findings report.
Are products safe for kids and pets?
Yes—when applied by our licensed technicians according to label guidelines. We’ll provide simple re-entry guidance for treated areas.
