Your family, pets, and property come first. We use targeted, EPA-registered products and an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) approach to solve issues effectively—while minimizing exposure.

Our Safety Promise

  • Label-driven: We follow product labels exactly—application sites, amounts, and re-entry times.
  • Targeted first: Crack/crevice, void, and bait placements over broad “spray everything” approaches.
  • Kid & pet-safe once dry: We’ll tell you when areas are ready for re-entry (often the same day).
  • IPM methods: Exclusion, sanitation tips, monitoring, and habitat tweaks are part of every visit.
  • Transparency: Labels and Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are available on request for anything we use.

What We Use & Why

Baits & Gels

Precise placements where pests feed or trail. Minimal airborne exposure; excellent for ants and roaches.

Non-Repellent Perimeter

Exterior barriers pests can’t detect—highly effective for trailing insects without push-back indoors.

Crack/Crevice & Void Treatments

Directed applications into gaps and wall voids where pests hide; keeps product off open surfaces.

IGRs (Growth Regulators)

Interrupt life cycles (roaches, fleas, pantry pests) to prevent rebound populations.

Monitors & Traps

Glue monitors, pheromone traps, and mechanical traps to verify activity and guide service.

Exclusion Materials

Door sweeps, screens, copper mesh, and sealants to block entry points (basic accessible gaps).

Steam & HEPA

Non-chemical steam for seams/harborage (e.g., bed bugs), and HEPA vacuuming for debris removal.

Rodent Stations

Tamper-resistant, keyed stations outdoors; interior emphasis on trapping and sanitation.

Yard Treatments

Targeted foliage/edge applications for mosquitoes & ticks—timed around weather and pollinators.

Termite Solutions

Baiting systems and non-repellent soil treatments; localized borates when appropriate.

Before & After Your Service

Before we arrive

  • Pick up pet bowls and children’s items in treatment zones.
  • Clear access to baseboards, sinks, utility areas, and entry points.
  • Aquariums: switch off air pumps and cover tanks during interior service.
  • Tell us about allergies, sensitivities, or special areas to avoid.

After we finish

  • Re-enter once treated areas are dry (we’ll confirm timing on site).
  • Open windows or use normal ventilation if desired.
  • Avoid heavy cleaning on treated baseboards for ~7–10 days.
  • Don’t spray over baits; it can reduce effectiveness.

Sensitive Situations

  • Infants, pregnancy, asthma, MCS: Tell us ahead of time—we’ll tailor placement, product selection, and scheduling.
  • Pets & exotics: Crated/relocated during service; special care for birds, reptiles, and fish (cover tanks).
  • Gardens & pollinators: We avoid blooms and adjust timing to protect pollinator activity.
  • Food & surfaces: We keep products off food-contact surfaces; wipe counters before food prep as normal.

Environmental Practices

  • Weather-aware scheduling to prevent drift and runoff.
  • No broadcast applications where not appropriate; targeted placements instead.
  • Buffer distances near water and sensitive plantings.
  • Ongoing prevention tips so you need fewer treatments over time.

Safety FAQ

What does “safe once dry” mean?

Most liquid applications are designed to dry on the surface. Once dry, normal contact won’t transfer product. Your technician will confirm re-entry timing.

Will you spray my whole house?

No. We focus on inspection, baits, and precise applications in target areas, plus exclusion and prevention.

Do you have fragrance-reduced options?

Yes—tell us your sensitivities and we’ll tailor selection and placement.

Can I clean after service?

Yes—just avoid heavy scrubbing on treated baseboards for about a week. Routine cleaning of counters is fine.

Questions about safety or ingredients?
