Do you offer same-day service?
Often yes—especially for urgent issues like wasps or active rodents. Request a quote or call (781) 555-1234 for the soonest slot.
Do I need to be home?
For exterior-only services (wasps, perimeter treatments), not always. Interior work requires access. We’ll confirm during scheduling.
Are your products safe for kids and pets?
Yes—when applied by licensed techs per label. People and pets should avoid treated areas until dry. Your tech will give simple re-entry guidance.
How long does a typical visit take?
Most first visits take 45–90 minutes depending on the issue and inspection findings. Follow-ups are usually shorter.
What’s your reschedule or cancellation policy?
Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations/no-shows may incur a missed-visit charge.
Can you give prices over the phone?
We can ballpark some services, but exact pricing depends on species, activity level, and access. The fastest path is to send a quick quote request with your city and pest details.
Do you have ongoing plans?
Yes—see Pricing & Plans for quarterly home protection and seasonal yard programs. Plans include free call-backs for covered pests.
How does your guarantee work?
If a covered pest returns within the plan or service window, we’ll re-service at no additional cost. See our Guarantee.
How long until treated areas are safe to re-enter?
Typically once surfaces are dry (often the same day). Your technician will confirm based on weather and product type.
Do you seal rodent entry points?
We seal basic, accessible gaps during service (e.g., door sweeps, small utility penetrations). Larger repairs or inaccessible areas are quoted separately or referred out. See Rodent Control.
Are rodent stations safe around kids and pets?
We use tamper-resistant stations outdoors and prefer trapping indoors where appropriate. Your tech will explain placements and checks.
I still see ants after treatment—is that normal?
Brief activity can occur as baits circulate through the colony. You should see a major reduction within a few days. See Ant Control.
Will you remove the wasp or hornet nest the same day?
In most cases, yes—once neutralized and when safe to handle. Very high/void nests may require special equipment or a follow-up. See Wasp & Hornet Removal.
Do you remove honey bees?
We do not remove honey bees. We can refer you to a local beekeeper.
How many visits are needed for bed bugs?
Typically 2–3 visits over 2–4 weeks with steam and targeted applications, plus monitoring. See Bed Bug Treatment.
Do I have to throw out my mattress?
Usually no. Encasements plus proper treatment resolve most cases. We’ll advise if damage is severe.
Do you do real-estate termite inspections?
Yes—WDI/NPMA-33 reporting available with clear findings and photos. See Termite Inspections & Treatment.
What termite treatments do you offer?
Colony baiting programs and non-repellent liquid soil treatments (or a combination), plus localized wood treatments when appropriate.
How often are mosquito/tick visits?
Every 3–4 weeks in season (April–October), weather-adjusted as needed. See Mosquito & Tick Control.
What payment methods do you accept?
Most major cards and common electronic payments. Invoices are due upon completion unless your plan specifies otherwise.
Where do you provide service?
We proudly serve Greater Boston—including Boston, Cambridge, Somerville, Newton, Waltham, Arlington, Medford, Woburn, Lexington, Belmont, Watertown, Wellesley, and nearby communities. See our Service Area.
