What We Target
- Adult mosquitoes resting in shade/foliage
- Larval sources (standing water hot spots)
- Deer ticks & other hard ticks along edges
- High-activity zones: patios, play sets, paths
We focus on reduction, not complete elimination—outdoor pressure can vary by weather and surroundings.

- Treat: targeted foliage applications and perimeter bands; larval-source treatments where appropriate.
- Edge Protection: focus along property lines, wood lines, and tall grasses where ticks quest.
- Schedule: recurring visits every 3–4 weeks during season; weather-adjusted when needed.

Mosquito & Tick FAQ
How long after treatment until we can use the yard?
Once treated areas are dry (often the same day). Your tech will confirm based on weather and site conditions.
Will one visit be enough?
One-time boosts help for events, but recurring visits every 3–4 weeks keep pressure down through the season.
Is it safe for gardens/pollinators?
We avoid blooms and take care around pollinator zones. Tell your tech about sensitive plantings so we can adjust.
Do you service commercial properties?
Yes—outdoor dining, hospitality, and community spaces. See Commercial Pest Control.
