Welcome to Truly Gone. By scheduling service, requesting a quote, or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or site.
1) Services We Provide
We provide residential and commercial pest control in Greater Boston, Massachusetts. Services may include inspection, treatment, monitoring, exclusion recommendations, and follow-up visits as outlined on your invoice or service agreement.
- Scope: Only the pests and areas listed on your service ticket are included.
- Third-party work: We do not provide structural carpentry or wildlife removal. If needed, we’ll recommend next steps or referrals.
- Technician discretion: For safety, weather, or access reasons, our tech may adjust methods or reschedule.
2) Quotes, Pricing & Payment
- Estimates: Quotes are based on the information provided and our inspection. Pricing may be updated if conditions differ materially.
- Invoices: Due upon completion unless otherwise stated. We accept common electronic and card payments.
- Recurring plans: If you enroll in a plan, you authorize recurring service and charges per your plan terms. You may cancel per Section 3.
- Late/collection: Overdue balances may incur reasonable late fees or collection costs as permitted by law.
- Promotions: Coupons/discounts cannot be combined, have no cash value, and apply to new work only unless stated.
3) Scheduling, Access & Preparation
- Access: You must ensure safe access (doors, gates, pets secured). Exterior-only services may be completed while you’re away.
- Preparation: Some services require prep (e.g., laundry, clearing areas). We’ll provide instructions—delays may require rescheduling.
- Rescheduling: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid missed-visit charges. Weather may require us to adjust timing.
- After-hours: Available for commercial clients or as quoted.
4) Safety, Products & Re-Entry
- EPA-registered products: We use products according to their labels. Your tech will advise simple aftercare (e.g., allow areas to dry).
- Kids & pets: Keep people and pets away from treated areas until dry or as directed.
- Rodent stations: Tamper-resistant stations are used where appropriate; do not move or open them.
- Sensitive areas: Tell us about allergies, aquariums, beehives, specialty gardens, or medical sensitivities ahead of time.
5) Satisfaction Guarantee & Re-Service
We stand behind our work. If covered pests return within the applicable warranty or plan window, we will re-service at no additional cost.
- One-time services: Include a defined re-service window for the target pest only.
- Plans: Include call-backs for covered pests between scheduled visits.
- Limits: Guarantee does not cover pests or conditions outside scope (e.g., major sanitation issues, construction voids, inaccessible areas).

6) Exclusions, Damage & Liability
- No honey bees: We do not remove honey bees; we can refer you to a local beekeeper.
- Concealed conditions: We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden infestations, or conditions we cannot reasonably access or observe.
- Property: We use care around landscaping and finishes; minor incidental effects (e.g., small drill holes where necessary) may occur and are discussed in advance.
- Limitation of liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
7) Pest-Specific Notes
Bed Bugs
Bed bug programs typically require 2–3 visits spaced 10–14 days apart and may include steam and targeted applications. Simple prep is required (launder, reduce clutter, access to furniture). Encasements and interceptors may be recommended. We do not require disposal of furniture unless heavily damaged/infested.
Rodents (Rats & Mice)
Service may include trapping, exterior stations, and basic accessible sealing. Large carpentry or inaccessible entry points are not included. Ongoing monitoring is recommended in high-pressure areas.
Wasps & Hornets
We treat and remove accessible nests when safe to do so. Very high/unsafe locations or structural voids may need special equipment or a follow-up visit.
Termites
We offer inspection with written findings and treatment options (baiting and/or non-repellent soil treatments). Real-estate WDI/NPMA-33 reports are available. Structural repairs are not included.
Mosquito & Tick
Outdoor reduction only—pressure varies with weather and neighboring conditions. Recurring visits (every 3–4 weeks in season) sustain results.
8) Website Terms
- Content: Site content is provided “as is” for general information. We may update or correct information without notice.
- Intellectual property: The Truly Gone name, logos, text, and graphics are our property or our licensors’. You may not copy or use them without permission.
- Acceptable use: Do not misuse the site (e.g., introduce malware, scrape without consent, or attempt to access non-public areas).
- Links: Third-party links are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or policies.
9) Privacy & Communications
- Privacy: See our Privacy Policy for how we collect and use information.
- Consent: By providing your phone or email, you consent to receive service-related messages (including SMS). Message/data rates may apply. You can opt out of non-essential messages anytime.
10) General Legal
- Changes: We may update these Terms; the updated date will appear at the top. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
- Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
- No waiver: Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
- Governing law & venue: Massachusetts law governs these Terms. Exclusive venue is the state or federal courts located in Middlesex County, MA.
